What is a Family Visa?

Types of Family Visas
1. Partner Visa (Subclass 820/801 & Subclass 309/100)
The Partner Visa allows spouses, de facto partners, and fiancé of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens to live in Australia.

- Must be in a genuine and ongoing relationship.
